"I joined Spa 23 last year and it’s been a great place to feel like you’re a part of a community while getting stronger and healthier. Friendly staff and other members are part of the experience. They have a dozen offerings in the building that I don’t take full advantage of! I love how spacious it is upstairs especially – there’s always somewhere to go and feel like you have a corner to yourself in the evenings. Amanda in member services and Luis on the training staff are exceptional. I have really enjoyed getting back into swimming in their nice pool, although swimmers do have to make sure that the lap lane hours work for their schedule. You can expect kiddos and lessons from 3 to 8 PM on week days. Great smoothies and snacks at the cafe too, and I even bring my laptop to get some work done in the seating area sometimes. Really appreciate a recent update/repair in the men’s sauna! This takes me from 4 to 5 stars! Definitely come try it out and see for yourself."

"Spa 23 is an amazing facility! The staff is so warm and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors. The entire place is spotless and beautifully maintained, which makes working out here a pleasure. They offer a fantastic variety of classes, plus the equipment is top-notch and always in great condition. Whether you’re looking for group fitness, personal training, or just a comfortable, supportive environment to work out in, Spa 23 delivers. Highly recommend becoming a member—you won’t regret it!"

"We love Fins Swim Academy @ Spa 23 and my daughter's instructor Brian! He taught her the advanced strokes and continues to perfect her form now that she is 10 years old. He is the best coach - disciplined, patient, and enthusiastic about the sport. His ability to customize the lesson to meet the student's needs in real time is impressive and a quality I most appreciate as I count on him every spring to condition Alexandra for surf camp in the summer, including teaching her water safety for swimming in the ocean. It's a tremendous workout but he makes it fun. She won't miss a lesson b/c of him!"

"Fins Swim Academy is fantastic! As a past competitive swimmer, I am very picky about where my kids learn to swim. Fins has been wonderful. The teachers show so much compassion, commitment and willingness to teach. They really want to be there - you can tell it’s not just a “job”. By the far the best place we have been to. So glad I landed on this facility. We have had the opportunity to work with Coach Bri and Coach David. Both have tremendously helped my children. I cannot say enough good things. My kids are learning new things and getting stronger every week!"
